In case you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days from the delivery date to be able to return one or more items from your order
RETURN CONDITIONS
The right of withdrawal is correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- The products must not have been used, washed and / or damaged;
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, including labels and packaging;
- Returned products must be sent in one shipment;
ALL RETURNS WILL BE MANAGED WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS
Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided between Ninnoli and Nannoli.
To activate the return procedure, simply contact us at one of our channels : support@traninnolienannoli.it.
Just indicate the order number, which items you want to return and what your request is in return, choosing from the 3 available options:
- Change of size of the same item;
- Gift Card (shopping voucher of the same value);
- Refund on the payment method used for the purchase
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON THE PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR PURCHASE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 WORKING DAYS.
IMPORTANT: Once your return is received, it will be processed within 15 working days. A Gift Card will be automatically created and converted into a refund after 15 working days from the creation, if not used.
Automatic emails will not be sent upon receipt of the return -

The customer will be responsible for his return and for its content until receipt by our warehouse. Tra Ninnoli & Nannoli is not responsible for lost / damaged shipments by couriers chosen by customers.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCTS
In the event that you have received a defective product, contact our Customer Care promptly within and no later than 3 days from the delivery of your order. In this case, we will collect the item at our expense, after checking with our quality department. If you decide to return the item at your own expense, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred. (For complaints sent over 3 days and within 30 days from the date of receipt, the above conditions apply with returns paid by the customer). Tra Ninnoli & Nannoli reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times. If the return does not comply with one or more of the conditions referred to in point 1, the return could be refused and sent back to the sender.
INCOMPLETE ORDER / DAMAGED PACKAGE
If the package arrives at its destination and is delivered in visibly damaged or not optimal conditions, we recommend ACCEPTING or REFUSING delivery and contacting our Customer Service. In the event that there are one or more missing items, we ask you to promptly send some photos to support@traninnolienannoli.it showing the package in the condition in which it was received so that you can forward a complaint to the reference courier. 5. * NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS Tra Ninnoli & Nannoli reserves the right not to accept the return in the event that the following conditions occur: - If the order is NOT returned in original condition, it is damaged or there are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error (eg MISSING LABELS); - If the order has been returned more than 30 days from the delivery date.
